Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-10-26.

Zero Containment is not an official warning service. It compiles public data from agencies and other sources, which can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. In an emergency, call your local emergency number and follow instructions from local authorities.

Using the service

You may use Zero Containment for personal and business purposes. Don't misuse it: no attempts to disrupt the service, scrape it at abusive rates, or resell it as your own. Free and paid features may change.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You must give accurate information and be at least 13 years old.

Paid plans

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Manage billing; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Enterprise plans are governed by their own order form, which can include uptime, data-latency and support commitments.

Data and content

Hazard data belongs to its original publishers and is shown with attribution. Embedded video and posts belong to their owners. Your saved locations belong to you.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose. Decisions about safety, evacuations and operations remain yours and those of the relevant authorities.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Zero Containment is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the date above. Questions: hello@zerocontainment.com.
